Holy smokes! This place is a foodie dream come true. We ordered some mock tails, seafood platter, dessert and it was deeeeeeelicioussssssssss!!!!! Can't wait to come back for more!!!

In my opinion this is the great new steakhouse on the strip - the whole meal was fantastic. We started with the seafood tower, which had all the usual suspects. All very fresh, tasty and well presented. Went with the chopped salad which is not a norm for me but a sleeper hit. Well presented and loved crispy strips and avocado on the top. The main was an American wagyu strip steak. Perfectly cooked, well seasoned and definitely a high quality cut of beef. The sides were phenomenal with a shout-out to the creamed corn with bacon. A must try! For dessert I went with the soft serve sundae. This was a treat as the ice cream was creamy with a perfect vanilla flavor. Loved all the side toppings that I could add myself. Finally, exceptional service - the waiters were super friendly and were not shy to share their recommendations. Will be back again!

We arrived for dinner and were seated quickly. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service prompt and pleasant. Our team of servers was friendly and helped guide us through our experience, which started with cocktails from the bar--the bar has a decent selection of bourbon and scotch, and the lemon drops were perfectly mixed and chilled. A great start! The bread service arrived and while the pretzel bread was great with the perfect amount of salt, butter, and garlic, the monkey bread was beyond amazing--crunchy and pillowy with cheese and garlic--just wow. So good! Both couples at our table split the Don's Chopped Salad, and it was a mix of vegetables with a delicate vinaigrette topped with fried shoestring potatoes that were a surprising delight. Our main course all featured steak--and the standout was the Snake River farms American Waygu New York strip, perfectly cooked and wonderful flavor. The bone-in ribeye and bleu cheese crusted filet were also great. The plain filet was not to par, and though the crust on the steak was great, overall it was bland and dry. We ordered all the accompanying sauces and among them the chimichurri and creamy horseradish were favorites. We also asked for a side of fresh horseradish but it was dry and lacked flavor. For sides we ordered the jumbo lump crab cake from the appetizer menu along with creamed corn and butter-whipped potatoes. The crab cake was densely packed with delicate crab and a perfect side to the steaks. The vegetables weren't as good, unfortunately; the corn was okay but the potatoes were very loose and disappointing. For dessert, we shared the crème brûlée. It was served with madeleine cookies and the berries and whipped cream on the side, as requested. It was a nice finish to our dinner. The best part, though? Our servers threw in some of that monkey bread in our leftovers!

One of the best meals I've treated myself to! Lobster Mac, Ribeye, bread, martinis, dessert! The crust on the ribeye was something I will chase to recreate...the presentation and decadence of the lobster Mac and cheese speaks for itself. Service was perfect and vibe was fun to people watch and enjoy the dinner.

Had a reservation for 10 pm following a show at a different Casino. We arrived early, around 9:25 and they had no problem getting us a table right away. The decor was nice and upscale. The service was fast. Ordered a few drinks that were brought out promptly and complimentary bread. The pretzel bread was delicious and the other bread was light and buttery. The drinks were good. Took a few minutes for us to go through the menu and ended up with salmon and have chicken. The chicken was seasoned perfectly probably as good as I have had. The salmon was light a delicious as well. Would definitely eat here again when we stay at the hotel.

I had one of the best steaks I've ever had in life!!! The Japanese A5 Wagyu steak with the Okinawan Sweet Potato is an absolute must if you visit Don's Prime in the @fontainebleaulasvegas. It tasted and melted like butter!!! The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Since visiting Don's Prime, I've been dreaming about returning again just to experience the steak. As you walk in you're greeted by servers and quickly taken care of. Great service, yummy food and really nice people! Reservations are a MUST. We were here on a Monday night and ate at 5 pm. After we left, the place was packed. It was just 2 of us so we shared. Classic Cesar salad, Bone-in Ribeye, Potato gratin and crispy brussel sprouts. Logan and Joe were amazing. They had funny stories and offered great suggestions. I wish we had saved room for dessert. We saw another table get Chocolate Mousse prepared table side!! They even have a smoked Smores type dessert. We had to walk off our meal, but when we came back around 8pm, the restaurant was so full! I guess, we will have to come back for dessert another time.

Great dinner with friends. Old steak house feel. Service was top notch he answered all our questions and recommended the right size steak for us. Crab cake was good. Tomahawk steak was tender. Served table side and they did all the major cutting. We had the lobster Mac and cheese. Only issue I had was I'm a Kraft Mac and cheese guy. I like my cheese creamer/ melted more. But lobster was great. The pretzel and pull apart bread were delicious, almost ate too much. Also had mashed potatoes and creamy spinach. For dessert I had the s'more "brownie ". It was also good. Definitely would go back.
